Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Movaliq services provided by SUNSHING NETWORK PTE. LTD. (UEN 202413884M). By creating an account or using Movaliq, you agree to these Terms, the applicable legal documents shown during registration, and all laws and provider rules that apply to your activity.
Service Scope
Movaliq provides digital account, wallet, payment, transfer, exchange, subscription, support, and virtual card management features. Some features are supplied through third-party payment, KYC, compliance, card issuing, banking, or infrastructure providers and may be subject to additional provider terms, limits, currencies, and availability.
Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, keep contact details current, complete requested verification, and notify us promptly about unauthorized access or suspicious activity. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by Movaliq's proven error.
KYC, Compliance, and Prohibited Use
Movaliq may request identity, business, source-of-funds, transaction, or risk information before or after enabling features. You must not use Movaliq for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, abusive activity, unauthorized gambling, restricted goods or services, intellectual property abuse, or activity prohibited by payment networks or virtual card providers.
Payments, Wallets, Exchange, and Virtual Cards
Funding, transfers, exchanges, withdrawals, subscriptions, and virtual card transactions are processed according to displayed fees, limits, exchange rates, provider availability, and compliance review. Transactions may be delayed, declined, reversed, restricted, or cancelled for security, compliance, provider, chargeback, or operational reasons.
Fees, Limits, and Changes
Fees, supported currencies, service limits, provider coverage, card features, and product rules may change through platform configuration or notices. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirmation.
Suspension and Termination
Movaliq may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where required for security, compliance, provider requirements, suspected misuse, non-payment, chargebacks, legal obligations, or breach of these Terms. We may retain records as needed for law, audits, disputes, and provider reconciliation.
Availability and Liability
We work to keep Movaliq reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, instant processing, or third-party provider performance. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Movaliq is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
