Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how Movaliq reviews refund requests for wallet funding, subscription, transfer, exchange, withdrawal, and virtual card related activity. Movaliq is operated by SUNSHING NETWORK PTE. LTD. (UEN 202413884M).
Eligible Refund Reviews
We may review refunds for failed wallet funding where funds were captured, duplicated charges, verified platform or provider service errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly and supported by evidence, or unused eligible subscription purchases where no benefit has been consumed.
Generally Non-Refundable Items
Used virtual cards, completed card funding, consumed subscriptions, successful transfers, successful exchanges, processed manual withdrawals, third-party provider charges, network fees, card scheme fees, bank fees, foreign exchange movement, chargeback fees, and promotional credits are generally non-refundable unless required by law or confirmed as Movaliq platform error.
Request Process and Timing
Submit refund requests through the secure dashboard ticket center or by contacting jimmylee@sunshingnetwork.com. Include your account email, transaction ID, amount, currency, date, product type, reason, and supporting evidence. Requests should be submitted within 7 days after you notice the issue unless law requires a longer period. Reviews are normally completed within 10 business days after sufficient evidence is received, but provider investigations may take longer.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method, wallet balance, or another method required by the provider. Processor settlement times are outside Movaliq's control and may take additional business days.
Chargebacks and Abuse
If you file a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider, Movaliq may pause the related account, transaction, or card service while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive refund requests may be rejected and may result in account restrictions.
